MEMBERSHIP RULES

MEMBERSHIP

Any Organization (Chief Functionary)/Individual (male or female) having same kind of aims & Objectives and agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the association can become the member provided the applications is accepted by two third of the members present of the managing committee meeting. He /She shall remain a member till such time, as provisions hereinafter enumerated do not terminate the membership.

CLASS OF MEMBERSHIP

There will be three classes of Members:
a) Life Member b) Ordinary Member c) Associated/Honorary Member

LIFE MEMBER

Any Organization/Individual by paying or having paid a sum of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) only or endowing movable property of the value of Rs. 1000/- or more/less be a life member of the society by the approval of the Managing Committee.

ORDINARY MEMBER

Any Organization/Individual may be an ordinary member (subject to the approval of Managing Committee) by paying an admission fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) as admission fee and an annual subscription of Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred only) or more/less shall be a ordinary member of the society by the approval of the Managing Committee

ASSOCIATED/HONORARY MEMBER

Any Organization/Individual whose connection with the organization is deemed to be beneficial can be coopted as an associate/honorary member. He /She can become a member of the Advisory Committee but shall not have Voting Right.

PRIVILEGES OF MEMBERSHIP

a) Privileges of the floor in the professional discussion at any committee or other meeting of the association to which they are invited.
b) Participation in the association’s professional activities as members of the standing committee or special committee of the association.
c) Every member has a right to one vote.

DUTIES OF MEMBERS

It shall be the duty of members to a) Strive for the achievement of the aims and objectives of the association and collaborate with the Managing Committee for the same. b) Pay the membership fees as fixed from time to time by the Governing Body.

LOSS OF MEMBERSHIP

Membership is Lost:
a. When the conditions of membership specified causes to exit.
b. By formal removal by the Governing Body for failure to comply with the aims and objectives of the organization and the rules thereof. (The aggrieved party may appeal to the General Body).
c. By voluntary withdrawal, after payment of all dues.
d. By failure in payment of membership fees for a continuous period of three years.
