Aims & Objects​

1. To look after the problems and difficulties faced by graduate teachers.

2. To promote the interest of the members of the association from forced collection of any type of subscription and unnecessary harassment from any corner.

3. To take up and handle the problems of the members to try to solve through discussion.

4. To arrange and organize lectures, debates, discussions, seminars & excursions for the diffusion of knowledge.

5. To educate the members of the association in discharging their duties and responsibilities.

6. To help the aged, sick, helpless and indigent person.

7. To establish good relation between the members of the association and try to keep good relation with the Govt. Authority, university authority, college authority, school authority, students, guardian, staff, local people in respect.

8. To help the members in all their difficulties by all possible ways.

9. To promote primary education and to inspire reading habits among the people of the locality.

10. To help the needy students of all communities for the prosecution of studies.

11. To establish library with reading room and publish or cause to be published useful literatures, magazines etc. without profit motive.

12. To arrange for social and cultural functions for the entertainment and benefit of members and local people.

13. To keep close relation among the members of the association for their welfare.

14. To arrange/organize different Athletics, Games and sports programs and competition to search for the talents and put them in the mainstream of those section.

All the above activities will be done as per prevailing law of the Country and all the object are restricted within 4(2) of West Bengal Society Registration act.
